Our providers are trained to conduct several types of evaluations and assessments, including substance abuse, Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN), DOT SAP, and Non-DOT evaluations to help you get back to work. We are also available to provide court-ordered drug and alcohol evaluations, Fitness For Duty Assessments (Limousine & Chauffeur Drivers), Child Protective Services (CPS), as well as evaluations requested by Probation and Attorney in the Washington State and Houston, Texas areas.
